Big news for JetBlue flyers — the airline’s second BlueHouse lounge opens at Boston Logan (Terminal C) on Thursday, August 27, 2026, and JetBlue is using the launch to open up access to way more travelers.
What’s actually happening
Starting August 27, complimentary BlueHouse access expands to include all Mint and Mint Flex customers — not just those flying transatlantic like before. So if you’re booking a domestic Mint fare, you’re in too.
Here’s how access breaks down:
- Mosaic 4 members & JetBlue Premier Cardmembers: complimentary, plus one free guest ($39 for additional guests)
- Mint & Mint Flex customers (new!): complimentary, $39 per guest
- Mosaic 1–3 & JetBlue Plus/Business cardmembers: no complimentary access, but you can buy a one-time pass ($59–$79) at the check-in desk if space allows
One thing to flag — JetBlue is also rolling out a new Mint Base fare soon, which will not include BlueHouse access or free seat selection. If lounge access matters to you, stick with Mint or Mint Flex.
Why Boston, and why it’s worth the hype
This isn’t a copy-paste lounge. BlueHouse Boston leans hard into local flavor — think North Shore roast beef sliders, George Howell coffee, and cocktails from Boston’s own Jackson Cannon. There’s a “Dugout” game room with sports memorabilia, a Library-inspired quiet workspace, and even a hidden candy closet stocked by Madeleine’s Candy Shop. JetBlue’s first BlueHouse at JFK was just named Newsweek’s #1 Airport Lounge for 2026, so expectations for Boston are high.
What this means for you
If you fly Mint even occasionally, this is a real perk upgrade — especially if you’ve been flying Mint domestically and assumed lounge access wasn’t part of the deal. Worth checking your upcoming itineraries to see if a BlueHouse stop is now in play.
Until next time, safe travels!
