Aspire Card for Hilton Fans

A must have if you are looking for top tier status and excellent benefits

The Hilton Honors American Express Aspire Card is a premium credit card offered by American Express in partnership with Hilton Hotels & Resorts. It’s designed for frequent travelers who prefer staying at Hilton properties and want to maximize their rewards and benefits.

There are two key benefits to this card, which are reason enough to keep this card year after year. First, Diamond Status. It’s the top level with Hilton and will give you access to upgrades, comp breakfast and other great inclusions.

Second, it’s the FNC (free night certificate). This alone can give you over $500/yr value. You can use it at Conrad or Waldorf Astoria properties world wide. As long as there is a Standard Room available on points, you can use your FNC. I have used it at the WA Amsterdam, when the regular room rate was $1,100 USD!

Here are some of the key features and benefits of the Hilton Aspire Card:

  1. Hilton Honors Diamond Status: Cardholders receive complimentary Hilton Honors Diamond status, the highest elite status level in the Hilton Honors loyalty program. Diamond status offers benefits such as room upgrades, complimentary breakfast, executive lounge access, and more.
  2. Hilton Resort Credit: Cardholders receive up to $400, used in semi-annual $200 credits for eligible purchases at participating Hilton resorts. This credit can be used for on-property purchases such as dining, spa treatments, and resort activities.
  3. CLEAR Plus Credit: Cardholders receive up to $189 in statement credits per calendar year after you sign up and pay for a CLEAR® Plus membership (subject to auto-renewal).
  4. Hilton Honors Points: Cardholders earn Hilton Honors Bonus Points for every dollar spent on purchases with the card. The earning rate varies depending on the category of purchase. Additionally, they earn a high number of points for eligible purchases made at Hilton properties.
  5. Weekend Night Reward: Cardholders receive a complimentary weekend night reward each year after renewal of the card. This reward can be redeemed for a one-night stay at participating Hilton properties, subject to availability and certain restrictions.
  6. Airline Fee Credit: Cardholders receive up to $50 quarterly, up go $200 in annual credits for eligible airline incidental fees, such as checked baggage fees and in-flight purchases.
  7. Priority Pass Select Membership: Cardholders receive complimentary Priority Pass Select membership, providing access to over 1,300 airport lounges worldwide for themselves and up to two guests.
  8. National Car Rental Elite Status: Enjoy complimentary National Car Rental® Emerald Club Executive® status. Enrollment in the complimentary Emerald Club® program is required.
  9. No Foreign Transaction Fees: The card has no foreign transaction fees, making it a good choice for international travelers.
  10. Annual Fee: The card comes with a high annual fee, but for frequent travelers who take advantage of its benefits, the value can far outweigh the cost.

These are some of the main features and benefits of the Hilton Honors American Express Aspire Card, but it’s not all of them. Also included are Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance, Baggage Insurance, and the ability to pool points!
